Hmm... it seems we are lugging around two versions of Jackson coming from pax-web/odl-jackson-2 misalignment

ok so we will get a new version to be approved once the new MRI projects versions for Argon SR3 to fix jackson version inconsistency are merged.
The size of distribution (tar.gz) has increased from ~240MiB to ~250MiB. It is caused by system/org and system/com packages but not by system/org/opendaylight .
