Self-service: Auto-branch locking for super committer rights, release work, release lock, unlock.
- This job can be initiated by releng committers, release manger to lock/unlock the branch for the above purposes.
- Always check the branch lock state before running the job.

JDK17 & CentOS Streams 8
- CentOS8 is EOL as of Dec 2021, all CentOS8 images will be removed, all jobs would need to be migrated to CentOS Streams 8
- JDK17 support would be available on CentOS Streams 8.
