The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Release

Sulfur GA release has been approved and since TPCE won't be able to release at this time ( reasons described by @Gilles THOUENON in this email ), we will just have to wait for @Luis Gomez Palacios to release general distribution and @Guillaume Lambert to update documentation.
- Sulfur SR1 code freeze will happen on May 16, 2022 so checklist has been updated
