TSC meetings are held weekly for one hour on Thursdays.  Meeting time alternates each week.  Standard: 9am Pacific and APAC: 10pm Pacific.

• We will start by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

Minutes

Release

• Aluminium SR3 has been released; release notes had an issue but  Anil Shashikumar Belur fixed it
  • Update: Release notes issue is resolved for Aluminium SR3 release:

• Silicon RC has been picked it up, Daniel De La Rosa will be sending an email to check CSIT and approve the release
• Phosphorus is in progress, release schedule will be updated soon
  
  • we need to create a schedule page for phosphorus and migrate aluminium dates to their own page.
• Magnesium will be EOL after Silicon is released. 
• Navid Ghazisaidi asks that we start tagging deprecated features in Jira.  He has created a filter for everyone. 

Marketing Update

• Need to collect information on the feature delta for the release marketing.

  • Casey proposed a mediawiki migration to confluence and readthedocs
  • talks about the opportunity of maintaining archetypes → implications on autorelease
• projects Archival not completed for a bunch of project such as YangIDE
  • relationships with jenkins jobs in failure since Mg
    → proposal projects archived and jobs removed if no contributions since Magnesium
    → send an email with a list of projects to archive and if no answer, we can proceed with the archival.
