Agenda

Minutes

Releases

  • Aluminum Release Notes still pending. Robert Varga made a suggestion for a Jira plugin so Luis Gomez Palaciosor Anil Shashikumar Belur should be able to comment on that.
  • Silicon Release Plans still pending
    • AAA, BGPCEP, NETCONF and LISP, need to come up with test plan
    • Neutron, NetVirt, Genius, ServiceUtils, OFP, and OVSDB plan to go to self-managed mode unless someone wants to take over the PTL and contribution roles. The teams will be around but will focus on downstream work.
      • Robert Varga has a set of in-flight patches for OFP & Genius that he feels should be merged.
      • The plan for these projects is to work on updates for major releases but not service releases.
      • Luis Gomez Palacios & Manoj Chokka say that we should spend a couple of weeks to check if there is anyone else who wants to keep them as managed projects.
      • Dependencies: ServiceUtils used by OFP, Neutron used by LISP Flow Mapping. There may be others.

Project Elections and TSC Structure

  • Currently, the TSC elections are scheduled to begin
  • A discussion ensued about changing the number of seats available on the TSC.
    • No certain conclusion was made.
    • It is expected some of the TSC members (ex-Lumina & Ericsson) will not seek a re-election.

Action Items

  • Abhijit K / Casey Cain to initiate an email over the TSC mailing list about the TSC structure / number of members.
