Releases

  • Sodium SR4 Checklist... Waiting for SM projects
  • Aluminium... List of blockers after these are resolved, we can pick up RC... according to Aluminium Checklist
  • Silicon Schedule
    • Was approved on  (before Lumina news)

Community Survey

  • We had thought about having a survey - turns out there was already a survey planned in the end user group
  • Guest - Ahmed Sawaf talks about the survey - priorities and use cases what operators are looking for. They would like to broaden the scope to other cases like data center, etc.
    • Feels will help both operator and vendors.
  • ODL Survey Goals
    • Need to identify users
    • Need to identify use cases and which are being actively used
    • How is ODL being consumed
      • Which Projects and which release is being used?
      • Is there a fork of the code that is being maintained? What version is being used?
  • Robert Varga Will operators be willing to have DevOps team contribute to the upstream communities?
    • This should probably be one of the questions.

Knowledge Sessions

  • There is a need to develop some knowledge sessions.  There may not be enough time to develop slides and walk through a presentation.
  • We can do a screen share walk-through of the project potentially.
  • Luis Gomez Palacios willing do a session on the TWS for distribution and we will start a mailing list thread to identify other topics.
