karaf4-parent does not include files from src/main/assembly

Description

Note that karaf-parent does include the files.

For Integration/Distribution this causes some files are missing from the .zip, for example bin/configure_cluster.sh and etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg

I think we need to wait until int/dist migrates to 2.0.0 to check this. I will update the bug with the results.

Using the above patch, and fixing integration/distribution’s karaf module to use karaf4-parent 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT, I get a Karaf distribution which includes the files from src/main/assembly.
