Upgrade jetty to 9.2.x

Description

After having completed upgrade to karaf4, we need to upgrade jetty, as our current version is rather ancient and not really relevant to modern development.

Karaf 4.0.x train has 9.2.15, which should be good enough for now:

Not a chance. Given the timeline and available resources even 9.2 is a stretch.

These sorts of requests need to be raised during initial release planning, preferably with a resource commitment.

is that possible to upgrade to Jetty 9.3.x as it has one nice to have feature to notify application code about SSL Handshake status (success/failure)?
