Currently, netconf testtool has problems to create a model context from sources which do not follow modulename@revision.yang filename scheme.

To make it successfully accept filenames with modulename.yang format and to connect this device to ODL we have to:

• accept sources like this in testtool code

• accept sources like this on controller side as well in MdsalNetconfOperationServiceFactory
