Remove unified-html-generator

Description

unified-html-generator is referencing SchemaNode.getPath(). It also is a user of binding-related constructs, which is not exactly appropriate. The entire module is not really used and has a potentially nicer replacement in sal-rest-docgen. Remove the entire generator.
