When restarting an ODL Calcium (karaf-0.20.1.zip) with the features installed, the restful URLs (the scripts under bash folder) encounter 401 errors.
Description
The ODL Calcium (karaf-0.20.1.zip) works well initially with the steps of unzip and install features. However, when I shut it down and restarted it, the restful URLs encountered 401 errors.

Please provide either the steps to reproduce, or at least the karaf.log.
