Mailing List Migration Status

Phase 1 of the migration completed (Kernel Projects)
Phase 2 of the migration scheduled (App Projects - bulk of the projects) 03 Apr 2020.
- Fairly manual process that will be done by Casey Cain himself - so cooperation & patience is requested.

Project Wiki Updates

PTLs need to copy paste the content of the old project wiki from wiki-archive.openday to Confluence.
