Move AD-SAL code to SNMP4SDN

Due to OpenDaylight does not use and maintain AD-SAL code, in which there could be dependency conflicts in Karaf in the future, so we move the AD-SAL library and modules used by SNMP4SDN to SNMP4SDN codebase.

(Dropped, because actually so far it's safe to use the old ad-sal artifacts)
