- NETCONF-716 is the regression in our scale tests
- here is a good picture of the problem. notice the drop from 850-ish to 250-ish
- best theory now is that devices are hitting 10m timeout and being disconnected and reconnected so the higher we go our scale numbers, the more likely not all devices will be connected at the same time
- JamO Luhrsen to run the distro from this patch in the sandbox to verify the regression is fixed
- NETCONF-705 which is this patch seems good with local testing and just needs review

- JamO Luhrsen will create a Jira ticket for NETCONF-705 CSIT work that Manoj Chokka is working on
- Manoj Chokka work with Thanh Ha on getting his docker image posted to the ODL duckerhub account
